Ball Valves Collage

Acrylonitrile: Provides good thermal and chemical resistance properties.

Butadiene: Adds good impact strength and durability.

Styrene: Gives a glossy finish for great flow characteristics and makes for easy machining.

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) ball valve is an extremely robust thermoplastic pressure ball valve. It is extremely resistant to impact with good resistance to chemicals and is non-toxic.

Due to its lightweight and high impact strength it has proven ideal for rigid pressure piping systems. Its solvent cement jointing system makes it a popular choice for many industries as installation can be carried out without the need for special tools or equipment

ABS has good resistance to a wide range of diluted inorganic acids, organic acids, salts, animal fats and oils. ABS is not resistant to organic solvents, alcohol, petrol, acetic acid or vegetable oils.
